First, log in to Monopoly GO and go to the friends section. Copy the friend code and paste it into Sticker Swap. The code will look like one of these examples: MGO-123-456-789.
MONOPOLY GO USERNAME
Go to Monopoly GO and tap the menu with the three lines at the top right of the main screen. You’ll find your Monopoly GO username. Copy and paste it into the designated section on Sticker Swap. If you prefer, you can also enter the name manually without using copy-paste.

Users who use Sticker Swap as "guests" have limited access to certain features of the app. This measure is designed to ensure a safe and manageable experience for both new and registered users. Below are some of the limitations for "guest" users:

However, it is possible to obtain free dice by logging in as a "guest."

To switch from guest to registered user on Sticker Swap, follow these steps:

Go to Settings: click the dropdown menu at the top right
Go to the "Account Management" section
Click on "Register Account"

Once this process is completed, your account will be registered.

We are aware of a malfunction that, in some cases, redirects users to the App Store. This issue occurs rarely, and the causes are not yet fully clear. Unfortunately, the redirect is not under our control, and we cannot intervene directly.

Some users have resolved the issue by changing browsers or modifying settings, such as enabling or disabling desktop mode in the browser.

Here’s what the different error messages mean and what you can do:

· “Sorry, this reward has already been claimed”
This means you've likely already redeemed the dice using that link—possibly from another source such as a Facebook group, Telegram channel, or elsewhere. The system recognizes that the reward has already been claimed by your account.

· “Sorry, this reward cannot be redeemed”
This message appears when the link is no longer valid, or if you’ve already used it in the past to claim the dice.

Nothing happens when you click the button?

If the Monopoly GO app opens but no message or pop-up appears, try the following steps:

1. Fully close the Monopoly GO app.

2. Go back to Sticker Swap and tap the button again—even if it looks like it's already selected.
This often resolves the issue.

If you win a Monopoly GO! sticker, it will be automatically sent to the Monopoly GO account associated with your Sticker Swap account within 72 hours.

Select your desired sticker

Click on Request and enter the Number of Stars and the Name of the sticker you want to add to your album; you can find this information in the sticker’s specifications.

Select your duplicates

After selecting your desired sticker, choose the duplicate you’re willing to trade; you can select just one sticker or use the multiselection feature to list up to 2 alternative stickers. This increases your chances of finding a match, but remember, trades are always 1 sticker for 1 sticker.

Review and submit

Check the summary of your request. If everything is correct, click Confirm. If not, click Reset to cancel or modify the request; once confirmed, the system will begin searching for a match. If no trading partner is found immediately, your request will be saved in the Pending Request section.

Note: All trades take place exclusively on Monopoly GO!. Sticker Swap helps you find users to trade with, but the actual trade will be completed within the official app.

The matching system in Sticker Swap is designed to make trading seamless and efficient:

1. Submit Your Trade Request:
Select the sticker you want to receive and choose the duplicate(s) you're willing to offer in exchange.

2. The Matching Process:
Your request is added to our system, where it’s matched with another user looking for the exact sticker you’re offering.
If a match is found, both users are notified immediately, and the trade moves to the next step.

3. Coordinate Using the Chat:
Once matched, you can use the chat within Sticker Swap to coordinate with your trading partner. Discuss details like when to complete the trade on Monopoly GO! to ensure a smooth exchange.

4. Finalize the Exchange:
Once matched, you’ll receive the other user’s Friend ID and username to add them on Monopoly GO!. From here, you can complete the trade directly in the official app.

5. Leave Feedback:
After completing the trade, return to Sticker Swap to mark it as "Completed" and leave feedback about your trading partner.
