Why can't I get the dice?

  1. “Sorry, this reward has already been claimed.”
    This means that you may have already redeemed the dice through that link, possibly from another source (Facebook groups, Telegram, etc.). The system detects that you have already claimed the reward.

“Sorry, this reward cannot be redeemed.”
In this case, the link may no longer be valid, or again, you may have already used the link and redeemed the dice previously.

If you click the button to claim the dice, the Monopoly GO app opens but nothing happens (no popup or message), follow these steps:

  1. Close Monopoly GO completely.
  2. Go back to Sticker Swap and click the button again, even if it’s already selected. In some cases, this resolves the issue.

Please note that the functionality of the links is not under our control, and in general, free dice and stickers are available for a limited time. We do not generate the reward links ourselves; we only provide a way to redeem them.
